| Job Title: HR Manager |
| Description |
| • Develop and manage an employee relations framework for DINL.
• Enhance HR functional performance by identifying, initiating and managing continual improvement project initiatives in all HR functions, i.e. Recruitment, OD, and Payroll.
• Develop and maintain high quality HR standards, HR SOP’s and Process and Procedures across the organization, based on best business practices and needs.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external resources to ensure successful HR Process.
• Responsible for Hiring of TM on time, within agreed budget and all agreed specifications, and provide timely update on its status.
• Plan, implement, administer, review and improve HR services, activities and processes based on Internal needs Standards, with emphasis on Total Quality Management.
• Identify HR quality trends outside the organization and recommend ideas for improving and maximizing efficiency of DINL HR services.
• Facilitate change in organizational culture. Manage change through consultation with key stakeholders about the need, nature, implications and benefits of the changes.
• Manage attrition through OD initiatives across all Costa coffee outlets
