| A fast growing recruitment agency seeks to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join its team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to: attract candidates and match them with jobs in client companies in temporary or permanent position; work together with client companies, build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of clients recruitment needs; screen candidates, perform interviews, carry out background checks, also make recommendations to clients; provide professional advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The suitable candidate must be highly creative and must possess good marketing skills.
Requirements
•OND/HND degree holder
•Must have at least 1-2 years experience; experience in Recruitment or Marketing services would be an advantage
•Must be personable and confident
•Must be young and willing to learn
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Remuneration: Negotiable
