| A good first degree from a reputable university.A post graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.A minimum of 10 years work experience.
Excellent spoken and written English, research and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, good presentation and facilitation skills.Must have functional core competencies in: Strategy / process development, HR systems and Management, Financial systems and process mana and proficiency in microsoft office applications.
Not more than 42 years old, should have effectively led consulting assignments as well as managed project teams in the past ( proof of such assignments will be a critical factor in hiring) |
