| Job Title: WEB / INTERACTIVE MEDIA SPECIALIST |
| Description |
| - Design and administer world class web and blog sites for the company benchmarking against industry standards and popular blog sites like Facebook, Hi5, iLike, Cybereagles, etc.
- Ensure that web and blog sites look and feel is alluring enough to attract huge visit.
- Ensure that adequate quotas of content are loaded from all sources as to offer the consumer the most compelling solutions as par marketing plan and direction to meet targets’ life style measures, age groups, genre preferences.
- Ensure that a strategic process (SEO) of improving the volume and quality of traffic to the website from search engine is in place.
Candidates should possess a first Degree in Computer Science. A Marketing and Advertising Dip or equivalent (an added advantage). A certification in Web design and hosting (a great advantage).
He/She must also possess following qualities:
- Web Development Knowledge: Skilled in information architecture, usability engineering, web content management systems, web server administration, database administration, Network Security and Search Engine Optimization.
- Cellular technology (various).
- Software Development and Engineering Knowledge.
- Experience in working on youth consumer brands, market research, product development.
- Project Management
- WAP and VAS knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in web design and administration. |
